Our Mechanical processing department manufactures complex finished components, from individual parts to complete assemblies, using machining methods.

Technology and expertise:

Mechanical machining is the fastest and most economical way to a finished machined component in short to medium production runs. Use of state-of-the-art machine technology with CNC-based turning and milling centres with tool changers and the expertise from years of experience and regular continuing professional development are the basis for utmost precision and quality of the mechanical finishing processes in our company - turning, drilling, milling as well as grinding, ramming and teeth cutting.

At Centroplast, we rely on modern communication for consulting and design planning of finished components. Incoming design drawings as AutoCAD documents (*.dxf, *.dwg), STEP documents (*.step, *.stp), IGES documents (*.iges, *.igs) or Parasolid documents (*.x_b; *.x_t) are imported directly into our CAD system (Solid Edge) or CAM system (Gibbs Cam).
